About this space
Welcome to "Island Breeze" a 3/2 Townhouse on Okaloosa Island, with water view of the ICW. Our home sleeps 10, ideally for 2 families. 2 master bedrooms and one large bunk room. The house is 3 blocks from the sugar-white sand beach of the Gulf or Intracoastal Waterway. Walk to our favorite restaurants and nightlife, or take a short drive to amusements. Fully stocked and nicely appointed, we have all you need to enjoy and relax. 4 Parking spaces for families makes it easy to park and load/unload.
The space
Plenty of room, we offer 2000/sqft of space, perfect for one or two families. There are 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 up & 1 down, a Bunk/Bonus Room that sleeps 6, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Roku TV's in living room and bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and indoor dining for 10. Full size W/D. Plenty of outdoor seating for star gazing, dining, & unwinding, including screened in bar area.
Guest access
We offer free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Driveway outside the fence holds 2 and there are 2 additional spaces allotted.
Check in available via electronic locks. We will provide you a unique code prior to check in. Area is pedestrian friendly. You can walk to restaurants and the beach. Publix grocery store just one mile away.

Cute little place to stay.

Cute little place. They only down fall is the bunk room upstairs is a sun room with only a small window AC. I do recommend the owners upgrade to a mini split. We had to turn the AC way down and freeze in the rest of the house and not close the doors upstairs in order to make it comfortable in there.

It was horrible!

Check in was easy and the place was in a great location. We unloaded, went to the grocery store etc. We went to the beach the evening, came back took a shower up stairs, and the downstairs bedroom begin to flood. Water was dripping from the ceiling, down the wall, onto (already molded)blinds and to the floor. We contacted the owner, no response within a hour. I contacted VRBO, they kept me on hold for more than 2 hours of my call with them. In the meantime of being on hold, the owner called back. I explained what was going on, he knew then where the leak was, because he says, it’s above the window, right. He then began to give a bogus story of water dripping behind the faucet, which was evident not to be accurate. After questioning the situation etc he didn’t like the fact that we were upset and kicked me out at 11pm in a Friday night. VRBO left me with no options but to look for my own place to stay for the night, at midnight until I could find me another place the next morning. They did not refund me until the following Monday. This situation almost ruined my vacation I get ONLY once a year. Nevertheless I was able to find a place through a competitor the next morning and the rest of my vacation was fabulous!! I would like to add that the place I initially rented was back on VRBO by the following Tuesday as a new listing.
