The beach, pools yes pools a pool for everyone kids and adults, the view from the balcony, and the inside of the condo the 4th room and the half bath was great. The only negative was the elevator near the room was down the first day and the door in the living room would not lock not a big deal we were on the 4th floor I felt safe.

Pros: Check in was fast and easy. Arrived early and had access to the amenities while waiting for check in time. The views are amazing! Furniture upholstery needs cleaned or replaced and unit had roaches (which we reported)

We love the Waterscape. Our grandkids love the beach access the pools and lazy river. We've been coming here since it was Wyngate Resorts. We stayed in B400 which is ocean front. Lots of room but carpet is filthy - needs to be pulled and LVP put down like the rest of the condo. Also needs new ceiling fans. They are warped and two of them didn't work. But none of that stopped us from having a great time. Unfortunately the cost of this unit has doubled since COVID so we will be scaling back to a smaller unit for next year.

Pros: - The view! - Amazing sunsets - Three bedrooms and bunk room provide quite a bit of space - The condo was very clean - All three bedrooms open to balcony - The pools (zero entry, splash pad, and lazy river were our favorites) - Bar by the pool for drinks and quick snacks - Wonderful beach We would certainly stay here again! Items to Note: - This condo is more like a hotel so there are limited: - Towels - Trash bags - Paper Towels - Toilet Paper - Although there are standard cooking utensils, plan on bringing all your own condiments, spices, salt/pepper, foil, plastic bags, oil, dish soap, etc. We had a few questions for the front desk while we were there and they were more than helpful! You receive your bracelets upon check-in and can also pay to have additional chairs set out each morning for beach service.

The balcony was fantastic and all 3 bedrooms and the living area have a view of the ocean. The bunkroom has no door…a curtain could be added for a little privacy. The 3 bedrooms, especially the master, were very small; much smaller than they appear in the pictures. Not the cleanest unit either. *The lazy river was empty during our entire stay and we weren’t told that would be the case. My 8 year old was very disappointed as she had been looking forward to that.

Having stayed a Waterscape before I think I expected this condo to live up to the others. It was roomy and functional for me family. We own a condo next door at Summerplace and I was expecting a few more visitor friendly conveniences in the condo. We provide beach towels, beach toys for the children, books and games too. Some beach reads would be nice. The ice maker is in the process of shutting down and we requested a new toaster Monday when the one in the kitchen blew a circuit and started smoking up the kitchen. Were advised housekeeping would handle it. Same toaster sitting on counter when we left. Would have liked some plastic glasses and bowls for the children. Just little things like that make a difference. All in all wemhad a good time but owners might want to consider suggestions.

It was a beautiful view off of the balcony overlooking the beach and pools. The rooms were nice with beach colors. Full kitchen. It was a nice stay. The last night the tv wouldn’t work and there is no phone service in the room so connecting to Wi-Fi was a +. Thank you Vacasa.

What I most loved was being able to hear the ocean at night. No noise. The views and hotel amenities were available every day. I also loved having a full kitchen to accommodate our family individually as well as a group when we didn't want to go out. Waterscape is centrally located for our needs which including shopping and dining choices. We did have access to a rental vehicle to visit the surrounding area.

This condo was amazing! You could tell the owners had gone above and beyond to make the occupants feel welcome. There was so much space and there were still unoccupied sleeping places with our party of 9! The view was absolutely amazing and the amenities at Waterscape were outstanding! We will certainly be staying here when we return in the future.

We loved our stay in B400! Very clean, amazing views, and convenient to stairs, beach and pool. Waterscape has an awesome staff— constantly cleaning, and making sure everything was to our satisfaction! Only thing… We knew it was a private condo.. but coffee filters (or a permanent one) and salt and pepper would have been nice.
