I loved the price. The room served its purpose. I wish that some of the blinds weren’t broken on the sliding door but we made do.

Communication with the property manager was great but the property was outdated and in need of repairs. Individuals staying next to us were smoking pot our entire stay, so that’s all we smelled. Pool was dirty….not impressed. Will not be returning.

We had the best stay at this property. Beautiful room, GORGEOUS view of the pier from the balcony. It was perfect for me and my 11 year old daughter. It was very clean and had everything we needed! Check in was very simple and I liked how they had codes to access the amenities so not just anyone can access it! The pool was very clean and it was probably our favorite part, not too many people out there while we were so it felt private. We really enjoyed walking the pier, it was beautiful both in the daytime and at night. It added an extra special feel to the experience. It was so close to gas stations and some great places to eat, that was also very convenient!I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! Courtney

The place was perfectly fine. The only issue was that the blinds for the balcony door were falling off and did not offer full privacy

Pictures are deceiving.

Overall, our stay was ok. The beds were comfortable. Paint and caulk would go a long way. The ceilings were very stained, scraped off in one corner, and all of the trim looked like it was holding on by a thread. The thermostat really needs to be replaced and the cabinet above the sink/stove area is leaning so bad i thought it may fall at anytime. The elevator smells horribly of urine. The pool area is really nice, as well as the pier.

Florida Trip

The room was smaller than the pictures showed. The burners in the kitchen area did not work very well - they were really slow in heating up and boiling. One of the burners did not even work at all. A suggestion would be to change the loveseat sofa to a loveseat sofabed.

The only thing we liked was pool and the view. Everything else was very disappointing. No hot water in shower, ceiling very dingy and dirty looking. And some ceiling had came off in spots. No privacy as the shade was half broken off. So when it got daylight you were awake cause the light was in the room. Wouldn’t recommend this place

The home was simple but very pretty. The construction next to us was all day and disruptive! Vacasa over all is not a company I’d book with again. I’d stay in pirates bay and this home again if it weren’t attached to Vacasa.

My short Birthday vocation

I found this property with a reasonable price on Vrbo by Vacasa. It’s on my favorite location. The room has everything I need ( a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc) and was clean, refreshing, and cozy! I had an information, reminder each time. Check in was easy. A manager called to find out if I’m fine and satisfied. The wether was hot and the gulf water was as a warm milk. I was swimming, visiting in my favorite places and restaurants! I had so memorable Birthdays! A lot of thanks to everyone who made my Birthday special and my stay in those studio pleasant! Appreciating 🌞🐬💐

it’s not what it appears

beautiful location, easy to find, but the space is not well loved. the futon was broken, as mentioned in reviews from february. i suppose that’s my bad for assuming that they would fix/replace a futon that’s broken in 5 months? the patio door handle was broken off, making it incredibly difficult to get outside. infact, my son found the handle in the drawer of the entertainment center & gave it to me. the blinds do not close completely, so there’s no real privacy. parking passes were made for wrong dates. there’s no main overhead light, which is fine but there’s also no lights controlled by a light switch. there’s a tiny kitchen, but only a small skillet for the stove. the electric skillet was great. beware of the smoke detector right above the kitchen. it’s quite sensitive & will go off with the least bit of steam. overall, we were highly disappointed & ended up leaving to stay somewhere else. this place was not friendly or inviting, & not a peaceful/private space.

Superb location!!!

Great location… easy to get to everything. Smooth check in and excellent availability from host agency for answering questions. W/D on each floor. Awesome pool, (too cold to swim this time of year almost every day). Overall A210 could use a couple of upgrades but overall worth the price.

Fishing trip

Great place to stay for a day or Two fishing. Okaloosa pier is close and Navarre is not too far away. Destin fishing rodeo going is going on. Just a place to clean up a little and sleep and go fishing some more. Pool looked good, room smelled good it was all good, well except the ice machine was broke but no problem. I hope to make it back before the end of the month

Relaxing on the Sound

The view of the sunsets was splendid. This cozy little condo was perfect for a quick trip to the beach for just the two of us. The complex was clean and well cared for and pretty quiet. Everything about our stay was easy.
