The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and guest bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds as well as a sleeper sofa - perfect for accommodating up to eight guests- Eight is also max occupancy. After a day packed with family fun, head to the beach to witness the breathtaking sunset. Start your day by sipping coffee on your private balcony while enjoying a sunrise. Nautilus 1102 invites you to experience island time and make the most of your getaway!

The condo was in a great location...right next to the beach access, directly across from the pool, and within a short drive of many restaurant choices. RealJoy was great to work with and made everything so easy. Plus they checked in with us a few times to make sure everything went smoothly. Everything was well stocked... all kitchen appliances and utensils, washer and dryer, board games, books, TVs, etc. You couldn't see the ocean from the balcony, since our unit was right on the ground floor behind the sand dune. Even though there were many people staying around us, the condo was very quiet and peaceful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because some of the fixtures/finishes in the condo itself were worn or didn't work well. It wasn't anything that would cause major inconveniences but there were some minor annoyances. The TVs and cable boxes were not great, but we didn't watch much TV anyway. Overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed the condo.

Excellent location across from the pool and steps away from beach. Pool was maintained and clean. Tom Thumb is walking distance for last minute extras. We loved the in unit ice maker and shower pressure was great. We feel the unit could have been cleaner and maintained. A little paint and deep clean would help. Other than that we had a great stay.

Beach only steps away!

Loved the access to the beach. The condo was not as clean as expected. The linen on the table was stained with food. Also, the kitchen area wasn't clean as well.

Nice Condo w/ Easy Beach Access

I always read reviews to get extra insight. These are the things I feel like I should share. 2nd condo from the beach access & directly across from the pool. Extremely short walk. Only a sand dune for the view, but distance was fantastic. The showers are in the master & the bunk room. The queen room has to use of those showers, but there is a 3rd half bath. It is impossible to keep the sand out. That’s a price to pay on the 1st floor right by the beach access. The restaurants are about a mile down the road so not really within walking distance for most groups. There is an entire wall of glass so beware of that if traveling with small children. The kitchen has an ice machine that was great. Enough to supply an ice chest all week. The coffee maker is a regular drip machine. We were able to cook everything we needed with what the kitchen supplies.

Responsive Management

Management was fast to respond to plumbing issues that happened during our week. Condo was staged masterly and everything you needed was there, but you may have to hunt for it.Great beach location and on the ground floor near the pool.

Perfect for us

I had knee surgery in early May so I was very happy that this was on the ground floor and right in front of the pool. It was the perfect spot for us. The bridge to the beach was only a few steps away so we could easily get to the beach at any given time. There's a little convenient store next door so we could make runa to get snacks or drinks as needed when we didnt feel like making the short drive to Publix. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed for cooking, making coffee and eating. We had plenty of space for my family of 8 and sitting on the back patio listening to thewaves was very relaxing. I even fell asleep out there a couple of times. I would say there were a couple of issues but they were so minor to us that I didn't bother to report it. Since I'm sharing this review I'll share here. The bottom bunk is loud. I don't know if it's because of the way my kid was getting into the bed but it just made so much noise that we all knew every time they were getting in the bed. Lol. The other thing is that the tv in the front room would sometimes freeze or not turn on. Outside of those very minor things everything else was perfect. At the end of our stay, my 7 year old told me she wasn't ready to move out because she loved it so much. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Fort Walton Condo

Very roomy! Had most stuff you needed but no extra trash bags or toilet paper. The rugs to the condo were very nasty and the floors were not clean. But overall a good stay.
