The space is efficiently designed, covering just 180 square feet, with limited storage for luggage. A small area next to the fridge behind the bed accommodates up to 10 hangers for your convenience.

The bathroom is sleek and cleverly designed, featuring a modern shower that’s perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach. Step outside to your private outdoor area—an ideal space for sipping morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying a sunset meal in peace.

• Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is available from 4 PM, and we kindly request that check-out be completed by 10 AM. This schedule helps us ensure that each guest arrives to a perfectly prepared home. We ask all guests to notify us of your expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. This helps us ensure the property is fully ready and any access arrangements are smooth.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST:
Your comfort matters to us. After check-in, we kindly ask that you let us know within 2 hours if there are any cleaning or maintenance concerns so we can help right away when possible. Items reported later will be handled as soon as we’re able the next day. We truly appreciate you letting us know.

• House Rules: We strive to maintain a peaceful community atmosphere. As such, we enforce a no-smoking policy inside the bungalow and ask that noise be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
• Safety Features: For your safety, the bungalow is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. Emergency contacts and safety information are provided in the welcome kit.
• Weather Preparedness: The original container doors serve as storm shutters, providing extra protection. Please follow any additional instructions provided during storm alerts or unexpected weather changes.
• Sustainability Commitment: We are committed to eco-friendly practices. Please help us by recycling and conserving energy where possible during your stay. • Local Wildlife: As we are close to natural habitats, you may encounter local wildlife. We ask that you enjoy observing them from a distance and refrain from feeding them.
• Connectivity: High-speed wireless internet is provided to ensure you stay connected. However, please note that extreme weather conditions may occasionally impact connectivity.
• Parking: One designated parking spot is available per booking. Please use only the assigned spot to avoid any inconvenience to neighbors.
• Personalized Access: Your unique access code for the smart lock will be sent prior to your arrival and is only valid for the duration of your stay for enhanced security.

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.

Please note that the deck lights are solar-powered and for decorative purposes only. There is no manual switch, and lighting may vary based on the amount of sunlight received during the day. These lights are not intended to fully illuminate the deck area at night.

    •    Very limited storage. There’s no closet or dresser, so we recommend packing light.
    •    Best for travelers who are down to unplug, unwind, and head to the beach with just the essentials.
    •    Think of it as your cozy crash pad after a long day in the sun — not your closet-on-vacation.

? Bring your flip-flops, sunscreen, and chill mindset — and leave the 5 outfit changes at home.

EV Charger Information – 316 Bream
-The property has an EV charger available, and it is located in a designated parking space clearly marked with signage.
-The charger is not free — usage requires payment.
-Parking is first-come, first-served, so availability is not guaranteed.
-If you have a Tesla, there is a Supercharger in Destin.
-There are also a few free EV chargers located near The Gulf restaurant in the area.

Container Home House Rules

Welcome to your stay! To ensure safety and comfort for everyone, please take note of the following rules:

General Rules

• No loud music: Please respect the quiet hours and avoid playing loud music.
• No parties: This is a peaceful space. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property.
• Occupancy limit: A maximum of 2 people are allowed to occupy the space.

Boardwalk and Beach Area

• Stay on the boardwalk. Please do not walk on the sand or sea oats, as they are protected.
• Wear shoes on the boardwalk to prevent splinters and protect your feet.
• To get to the beach: Follow the boardwalk to the far left. Walk down the boardwalk and take the ramp to the right. Continue following the boardwalk to the right. The beach is just a 3-minute walk. The boardwalk will lead you to cross Santa Rosa Blvd to the Blue Dolphin Beach Access. You’ll also see Stewby’s on the left.

Fire Pit Usage

• The fire pit is available for your use, but we do not provide wood.
• WOOD ONLY is permitted—no gasoline, plastic, or other materials.
• Use caution and follow fire safety guidelines.

Roof Access

• Always use the handrails when using the stairs to the rooftop.
• Report any hazards or issues with the stairs immediately.

Furniture Guidelines

• Do not move furniture inside the containers.
• Outdoor furniture must remain in its designated area: do not bring rooftop furniture downstairs or downstairs furniture upstairs.

Towels

• Bath towels provided are for indoor use only. Do not bring them to the beach. Beach towels are not provided, so plan accordingly.

Smart TV Use

• We do not provide logins for apps on the Smart TV.
• You are welcome to log in with your own accounts.
• Free streaming options are available on Tubi and YouTube for your convenience.

Mini Split Air Conditioning

• Mini splits are operated using the white remotes provided.
• Symbols:
• Snowflake = Cool
• Sun = Heat
• Droplet = Dry Cool Air
• Use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature higher or lower.
• To turn off the display light, press the Display button.

Checkout Instructions

• Towels: Please leave all used towels in one pile for easy collection.
• Shampoo and Soaps: Do not dispose of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, or hand soap containers. We refill these items to limit single-use plastics and reduce waste near the beach.
• Mini Splits: Set the mini split to 74°F in summer or 70°F in winter before checking out.
• Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the boardwalk entrance:
• At the last container on the property, instead of turning right toward the beach boardwalk, turn left to find the dumpster.
