This hotel had no staff for the entire duration of my stay. No one was on-site to refresh a room, or restock toiletries. We checked in via a video kiosk, that was hard to understand the person on the other side. During the checkin process, I was double charged. Since no one was staffed at the hotel, we had to go get our own shampoo, soap, and a blanket (from a store). The desk in the room was broken, chairs were old with torn fabric, handle on dresser broken... This is all just poor management with no hospitality at all. Really no excuse. Their customer service email is just a gmail account, they didn't even take time to setup email so clearly why would they take time to maintain their hotel... I will not stay here again, and avoid any hotel in this brand. I will let anyone I know to not stay here at all.
