Perfect spot for the solo traveler :)

As a woman traveling solo, I was worried about using Vrbo on my own, but this place was perfect! It was very safe, very cute, & in a great area of town. Highly recommend for those other women who are looking for a similar fit!

Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and recommend to anyone needing for brief work stay or a couple's getaway. Property owner was very easy to work with and sincerely appreciated that.
Since I didn't take a pic of AV filter before cleaning, this gives a lesser idea.
