Be warned!

Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found that it looked nothing like the photos. The air conditioning was not functioning, there were large water stains on the ceiling that raised structural concerns, and an unidentified substance on the walls that appeared to be potential mold. Given these conditions, we made the difficult decision to leave and book accommodations at a Hyatt instead, as we did not feel comfortable staying there with our children. Unfortunately, we were not offered a refund or any form of compensation, resulting in a financial loss for both this booking and our alternative stay. While we have been loyal VRBO users for years, this experience has led us to reconsider using the platform in the future.
