Super Clean getaway in a very Central part of Fort Worth

The property was super clean and easy to check into it was central to all of the main Dallas Fort Worth areas and provided the perfect getaway for the event we were attending.

Convenient location, very modern and clean

We enjoyed staying at this apartment community, it has a secure parking and felt very safe in an urban setting. We loved the blackout shade in the bedroom and the comfortable king bed. We also appreciate having having a TV in the bedroom. The apartment was welcoming and clean. The only suggestions I have are to ditch microfiber (polyester) sheets, they are hot. Also, I would try to provide an icemaker. My personal preference is not a rainshower but a regular shower. The host sent no info on how to check in but they readily provided it when I reached out and they answer the phones all day long and are very friendly and helpful.

Clean and secure

I was looking for a clean and secure place close to Texas Harris Methodist as I was traveling alone from Virginia. It was clean and comfortable. I felt safe and even had groceries delivered to me. I did flip the breaker to the oven once but found the breaker box and took care of it. I appreciated the one pack of soap for the dishwasher and one for the washing machine to clean the dishes and towels when I was walking out the door. If I rent it again for any reason I will know to bring a few for loads of my own in between. But being by myself and for only 5 nights I made it work. The bed is very comfortable and I appreciated the nice TVs in living and bedroom.

Fort Worth Visit

The Flat was very nice, but we did not feel safe in the neighborhood. We arrived around 2130 to find a group of less fortunate personnel hanging out around the property. Parking was gated, but very tight parking spots. If we would have know about the neighborhood we wouldn’t have rented this apartment. Again the flat itself was nice and clean, but we just didn’t feel comfortable so we ended up leaving and going to a hotel after 10 minutes there.

Nice but...

Overall a nice place to crash if you're not planning to be in the unit for long periods. The couch is not comfortable. Door keypad battery was not working upon check-in at 11pm. Property management did not answer the phone or email. VRBO tech support was not able to assist. Eventually found a lock box in the outer hallway that had a key to the unit. The keypad never worked, even after the batteries were changed the following day. The bedspread had a stain on it, the pillowcase was torn and dirty. Be prepared for the garbage truck at 4am. Very loud (but beyond the host's ability to control). Need curtains on the porch doors as the window looks right into the bathroom. Would have appreciated an extra blanket. Also would be nice to have control of the fan speed in the bedroom.
