"We had our wedding reception in the Oak room for 75 guests. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The support from planning this from Emily, all the event setup on the day, the welcome drinks, food, bar And all Staff were exceptional. We all Had an amazing time - thank you very much!"

"Breakfast is always amazing and lovely lady who seems to work every day shows you to a table . Tea and coffee made to order . The grand is having the spa renovated at present and there’s some disruption . The shower in my room smelt very stale and the room wasn’t ready at 3 pm check in . I love York ..."
