"the cleaning staff / maintenance crew was absolutely amazing and very respectful i hope they get paid well for the great work they do with up keeping the facilities. Touria from the front desk was very efficient kind and professional. There was another woman at the front desk in the later evenings that was not as friendly and did not want to provide water bottles for some reason. i hope she receives the proper training she clearly needs. overall great experience for the price paid. "

"Hotel was mid. Friendly and helpful staff. While our room was on a high floor and quiet, it was quite small and the pull-out sofa bed was uncomfortable. The room was located at the end of a hall blocked by housekeeping appliances/supplies. Decent complimentary breakfast."

"The room was a fantastic size. We didn’t have a view at all just a wall but we didn’t spend much time at all in the room so didn’t bother us. The beds were really comfy, the bathroom was a little run down. Shower amazing though. We didn’t have a safe in our room on arrival so asked at Reception. This did arrive on our second evening but we had to carry all our valuables around for the first 2 days which wasn’t great. It’s in a great location and close to Penn Street station and Times Square. There was a fridge, microwave, iron and hairdryer. We also asked for fresh towels and this wasn’t a problem at all. The cleanliness and location sell it for us "
