「The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. Showers were not an option...

「I stayed for 5 consecutive days. The staff were very friendly, airport shuttle was convenient, and the rooms were clean.」

「I booked a five-day stay. When I arrived at the property, no one was able to help me. After calling the number they provided, they asked me to leave for an hour and then come back. I had to ask if I could wait in the lobby/living room, and the person in charge agreed. An hour and so later, she showed up. 「Bad experience.」

「設備雖然比較老舊，但該有的都有。旁邊有兩間大超市，買食材自己煮飯很方便。」

「Great place to stay! It’s definitely one of our favorites. The home fit all of our needs and was very comfortable. It was easy to get to, clean, and just as described. We really appreciated all the little extras that made our stay even nicer. The location was perfect for us—about 2.5 hours from Denali National Park, 1.5 hours from Chena Hot Springs, and only 30 minutes from North Pole. If you have activities at the college, it’s also very conveniently located nearby.Alaina was wonderful and very...

「This property is very convenient to the airport. That being said if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to have a sound machine app at night. We used one and didn’t hear any flights. We loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer.」
