“This was an excellent stay. The hotel contacted us in advance to offer early access to the room and to confirm our arrival time. The hotel manager, Wonderful, was a welcoming and helpful host. “Wow! What a great last minute booking that saved us. We was created upon arrival by one of the staff and the customer service from the very start right to the end was outstanding. The hotel, grounds and room etc was decorated beautifully. Could have stayed here all day enjoying the garden and pool area even just the room it was that nice and breakfast included was exceptional and really filled me up all day until the evening. “We had double room with stunning view of Hout bay. Large room and quality bath room. With our room came garaged parking. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
