「Excellent value. Can’t beat location in center of historical center. Easy access to hop on/off bus, Uber, metro, or walking around. Older historical hotel with great terrace. Felt safe, although didn’t walk side streets at night. Daily cleaning, big room, in room safe. Only issue was slow draining water in shower but not really a problem for us. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.」

「Hotel bien situé. Chambres tranquilles et très propres. A quelques minutes de marche de nos restaurants préfères. Facile d'accès par tous les transports en commun. De loin notre hôtel préféré à Guadalajara. 」

「The hotel has friendly employees. We asked for ice and other and immediatelly was brought up to our room. Great location, next to a Galeria/shopping mall and plenty of food options within walking distance. We will stay here again without any hesitation. 」

「The hotel is modern and clean and located in a shopping complex with quick access to amenities. However, we did have to ask twice for the air-conditioning in our suite to be fixed as it was not working at all upon arrival. Also, the suite with separate bedroom was supposed to have a pull out sofa bed for our son, but it did not, so they had to provide us a rollaway bed instead, which took up space in the living room area. We also had to request coffee pods as there were none in the room upon...

「Es un hotel muy bonito, habitaciones limpias, la cama es muy cómoda. Buen servicio del personal. Buenas amenidades, se siente un hotel del lujo. La comida es buena, pero falta variedad en el menú. Lo único que hace falta es que la TV sea smart TV, ya que solo hay TV con cable.」

「The property was nice and in the center of the historic center. Only thing that we did not like was inside the hotel it was so humid. Even with the air on or fan circulating we just always felt sticky. 」

「Great hotel in excellent location. My only complaint was i was a bit down a hall and my wifi signal did not work half of the time, so make sure you request a room with good signal.」
