We loved our stay at Blue Bear from a wonderful dinner in front of the fireplace to walks around the property to a very cheery tavern. The owners are so kind and bend over backwards to provide you with a tremendous stay. We were charmed and really had a relaxing 3 days/nights.

Charming Inn with Scenic Views

Owners Bob and Carrie are great and the inn was charming. The room was nice, the food was good, and the setting was beautiful overlooking the mountains. Next time I'm bringing the family.

Quaint as a Hallmark Movie

This is a great little get away. It’s quiet, peaceful, and serene. The Inn is lovely, warm, and comfortable. It sits surrounded by New Hampshire mountains and the vistas are breath taking. The food is amazing. The owners, Carrie and Bob, are warm and friendly. Brian, the barkeep, is also a lovely individual. There are lots of places to walk and explore. The ski resort is nearby. I will be returning.

Can’t wait to go back!

My friend and I had an overnight stay at Blue Bear Inn after hiking Mt Monadnock. We stepped in and were welcomed by the owner, Carrie, and the bartender, Brian right away. Check in was a breeze. We had a room with a shared bathroom which was perfect and cute. Carrie made sure we knew we had a shared bath because some guests had been surprised by it. The room was cute and perfect for us. The property and the grounds are so quaint and beautiful. The owners are new to the property and they made our stay so lovely. It was great talking to them and meeting their dog Baloo. The whole staff were really lovely. We had the pleasure of eating dinner at the Inn and it was exactly what we wanted after a full day of hiking. Brian made wicked good martinis and the every crumb of food disappeared. We both look forward to staying at Blue Bear Inn again.
