“It was very clean and fresh in the room! I like how there was no carpet in the room.”

“Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!”

“The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.”

“Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn.……

“The rooms we stayed in was good. Could use some updating. The A/C didn't cool the whole room. The bedroom stayed hot most of our stay. Overall a good stay. Could definitely use some lighting. Our walk to the room at night we had to use a flashlight to see.”

“Andrea at the front desk was awesome during our check in. I really enjoyed my stay. My only problem was the floors in my room was dirty and very sandy.”

“We had a ground floor room with small kitchen. We loved being able to access beach quickly from the back porch area, view was great too. The rooms do need a little upgrading on appliances But liked that we had a bigger Fridge. One mattress needed changing out. Floors were real dirty still, sandy & I guess mop water was dirty. Didn't like being located right at the elevator, very noisy. The staff was wonderful & the coffee in lobby was great! Overall I guess it was about a 70 rating.”
