「Very helpful staff」

「Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!」

「False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend」

「Good position」

「The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.」

「Everything was great! The staff was friendly and always quick to help. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and there was plenty of parking. Restaurants and shops are just nearby, making everything very convenient. We had a wonderful stay. They are also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a wider variety of vegetables at breakfast. Highly recommended!」

「The lady at the desk was rude」

「This was our fourth stay at Sandpiper Beacon, and unfortunately each visit has been a little more disappointing. The hallways were dirty and not well maintained. Our updated room was clean but very small. We stayed five nights and were never offered housekeeping, so by day two the sand buildup became unavoidable. We also never had hot water for the entire stay—not one hot shower. The resort is much louder than other places we’ve stayed in the area, with noise coming from the rooms beside us and...

「Front receptionist is very nice」

「The pictures that were on the original booking were decieving. What i thought was a one bedroom condo was actually an efficiency condo. They only gave us 4 towels for EIGHT days and refused more. There is quarter laundry downstairs, the dryers half work. We would have to bring clothes back up and hang them around our room everywhere to dry. I would not recommend this property if you have a toddler, the pool isn’t toddler friendly and it’s very shaded. For the price i paid i do not feel like this...
