“Very helpful staff”

“Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!”

“Overall we had a great experience with the hotel however the only thing I would give a really low rate would be the noise. You could hear everything. A few days later we noticed there was a gap between the sliding balcony door and the wall which am guessing was the main reason why we would hear everything. At night it was to noisy that we could barely sleep. I am not sure how the staff was not aware of the gap before giving us the room. We noticed this gap a day before we were leaving and we……

“Pasamos unos dias maravillosos ,solo vamos por pocos dias a disfrutar y hay muchos lugares lindos para visitar .Con respecto al hotel deben de precisar correctamente las fotos para que el cliente no sea engañado ,el hotel tiene dos instalaciones una a la orilla del mar que es la que muestra el internet y la otra hay que cruzar la carretera qué eso no lo especifican antes de reservar solo te dice habitacion con vista al mar ,habitacion con vista a la carretera y no es asi ,es al cruzar la……

“Everything was great, the air in the room just didn’t work very well but that could very well be just how hot it was outside.”

“Front receptionist is very nice”

“The pictures that were on the original booking were decieving. What i thought was a one bedroom condo was actually an efficiency condo. They only gave us 4 towels for EIGHT days and refused more. There is quarter laundry downstairs, the dryers half work. We would have to bring clothes back up and hang them around our room everywhere to dry. I would not recommend this property if you have a toddler, the pool isn’t toddler friendly and it’s very shaded. For the price i paid i do not feel like this……

“This property is in a great location, It’s really not an up to date property for the price we paid for 2nights, but it is on the strip and convenient… The staff was very nice, Every thing was clean and We had a great Ocean view…. The sofa couch in the room we had 461 mattresses need to be replaced. I refuse to let anyone sleep on it… Was a quick weekend vacation so there was no need to complain.”

“The view was great, however, the ad for this property is much outdated. I booked this place thinking breakfast was served daily as it says in the description. It was not. There was no BBQ grills like it says in the description. When we were checking in, there was someone there trying to collect payment for services rendered and it didn’t seem as though the staff even knew who the current manager is. Our bath tub did not drain properly. One of our dresser drawers had a very strong marijuana smell……
