“Second time staying, Great hotel.”

“The overall experience was just okay. The air conditioner in the room gave out moldy smell, bathroom floor was not cleaned properly- I was on my knees wiping it after noticing hair that did not belong to anyone in my family. Also, the TV service in the rooms was out because of the lightning. The staff has not updated anyone on the resolution of the issue and did not even offer any apologies. Overall, disappointing experience. Marriott has significantly lowered their standard of providing great……

“Good position”

“Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!”

“The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.”

“Firstly, I was overcharged due to 4th of July weekend. Even worse, there was a loud, constant, and consistent droning noise. All day. All night. Most likely caused by the machinery on the roof. Very unpleasant. I do not appreciate being overcharged for a less than room I could hardly sleep in.”

“On a postive note, the beds were comfortable. However, the pictures that are posted on the website are not a true representation of the property. The rooms are outdated and disgusting. I had a partial ocean view from the balcony. the funiture on the balcony was disgusting as well.The toilet was running throughout the entire stay. Maintenance came twice to repair not sure what he did but it didn't work. I would never stay there again. If you are looking for a nice resort DONT I wouldn't……

“Front receptionist is very nice”

“This property is super nice and clean!!!! The condo was very clean, nice view!!! I will definitely be booking again!!! The only downfall is the elevator but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again!!!”

“The WiFi did not work, to low of a signal. Pool was closed one of our few evenings there. My dirty towels were taken one day but no clean ones were left.”

“No me alquilo más en este hotel ,en primer lugar la habitación q me dieron no fue la q alquilé segun ellos no habían más habitaciones disponible ,super sucio ,la piscina también sucia no se lo recomiendo a nadie .”

“It was great, the location was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom and sink were renovated. The only thing they really need to change is the exterior. The hallways are a bit run-down, and the elevator needs better ventilation.”
