Spacious, clean home

Loved the space and beautiful kitchen! Game room was fantastic for kids and the huge couch was great for gathering. Beds were ultra comfy and the bunk beds were a hit for the kids. Office got some use (even though we were on vacation). Community was beautiful for nightly walks. Be sure to spend the money on amenities passes so you can enjoy outdoor pool and clubhouse.

Nice house and amenities

We enjoyed the house and the community ammenities, especially the pool and nice walking paths. I agree with a previous renter that a patio, in the backyard, would have been appreciated. It gets nice shade in the afternoon and it would be a nice upgrade. The yard has very dry sparce grass and it isn't comfortable to walk or play on.. The shuttle bus only runs on weekends. Sadly, we realized this too late to enjoy the convenience of this amenity. The house was comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and functional The beds were comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay with our family.

Recent Stay

The house was exactly as the pictures and descriptions described. There were a few issues though. And while the management team was very responsive early on during the stay, nothing was really ever done to correct the issues and on our second to last full day was someone sent out to the home.

The photos are deceiving. The lush green yard in the photo is a barren wadteland of nothing but dirt, sand and a few struggling weeds. The water pressure was a trickle until Thursday. If more than one water source was on than one had no water. Call Vacasa and one was an automated call to check to make sure all the valves were turned on. Called again next day then soneone came out the day after the call and said it was beyond him. Another call and finally the day after that call a plumber came and turned an outside valve on. There was no water outside to rinse sand and dirt off. There were millipeds in the main floor bedroom and closet. Killed some nearly everytime we walked into either the bathroom or closet. The remotes for the overhead fans needed batteries and only 1 coukd be found for the upstairs bedrooms. For a house meant for large families (11 guest) the water was definitely a huge inconvenience. Had to stagger showers. Not enough presdure to use dishwasher or do laundry without making sure no one rlse needed a shower or use thr bathrooms. Have sent messages and called Vacasa several times and wsiying to here is dome type of refund is forthcoming. We we told they needed to talk to home owner about a refund. Why? Obviously he was under contract with tbe resonable assumptions that yhere eould be water for our use. That was not provided. It was pictured that there was grass which there was not. We as guest renters can asdume a house is bug free which

Great vacation home

The home was very spacious with 5 bedrooms and a large office space as well as beautifully decorated. My teenagers loved the upstairs family room and hockey/ping pong table. The community was nice with a pool/gym that was never extremely busy as well as perfect for walks.
