“I would really recommend it to anyone who has a trip with family. I really like that it is a true suite where we can cook ourselves, do the laundry, and have a plent of space to enjoy time with the family when rest. “While I have nothing negative to say about the property itself, the location was extremely concerning. It is situated on what felt like a very unsafe street, right next to the train terminal, where there were many people who made us feel uncomfortable. During our stay, my brother was chased by a 4 strangers, assaulted, and had his phone stolen. After that, we were too afraid to walk anywhere. We also had someone attempt to look through the main door, which made us feel even more unsafe. The……

“Very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the host asked me to pay an additional 100 euros for city tax and service fee, even though those were included in my original payment. He waited for me to make that payment and only then provided the door code. The property looked very different from the photos shown on Expedia. The listing showed carpets, flowers, candles, and a beautiful Bohemian style chandelier, but none of these were there when we arrived. The curtains did not provide adequate……

“Het was heel dicht bij het station. Dat was een groot voordeel ook dichtbij lekker restaurantje. Jammer dat de kamer maar gepoetst wordt bij verblijf van acht nachten. Wij waren er zeven en ook de handdoeken worden niet ververst. Dat is wel een minpuntje.”

“On a 95 degree day, the air conditioner didn’t work, the patio was sealed, no coffee machine, no dish rack. 1970s bad shower, mold, photos did not match the room, worst stay in 3 weeks in the whole of Italy. Cheap quality soap. Could have been much better. The concierge was nice.”

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”

“Very compact apartment in a great location justa few minutes from the spanish steps, piazza navona and the trevi fountain with a small Carrefour just across the road Check in. Keys were left with a security guard. One plus is there is a guard 24 hours a day No formal check-in or information given . Didn't see anyone from the property my whole stay. No welcome pack with WiFi codes or anything and poor phone reception inside Also one one key which makes it awkward if someone wants to……
