“They aren't a standard hotel; you could be placed in a room in any of their various buildings, yet there is only one reception desk located in just one of them. We were assigned an attic room, and the entrance to it was a maze; we complained, but the issue wasn't resolved until the following day. The new room was better, though it also lacked a window; the door had an opaque glass panel that let in a lot of light.

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”
