"We choose this location for its connivence to the Metro/train/subway. It is on the 10th floor and the balcony was very nice. When it was hot on the ground you got the winds cooler breeze sitting out there. Rome is loud. It’s a very busy city. So don’t be looking for quiet until later at night. Lots of cafes, restaurants & small grocery stores steps away from your door. There is an elevator but it is small. Can carry 2 people at a time with luggage no problem.
