「I booked this property for two nights, with kitchen and air conditioned. Qhen I arrived the property, the climate was so hot, the air xonditioning was not properly working. Always blew hot air and no cooling. Insent message the owner and his reply was horrible. I was with my two children, they lost the entire sleep at night. After 4 hrs hardfull effort expedia arrannged an accommodation where no kitchen and a small single room. I spent a lot of money on food instead of cooking. Very bad...

「Maura was great at communicating and answering questions. The property was just a few minutes walk from the train station which was very convenient. We walked everywhere from the property, but there was a bus stop just a block away. We enjoyed the Trastevere neighborhood, but were really surprised by all of the graffiti on every building.
