Location, location, location - this place was small, but nice, room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bathroom could use a remodel. Steps to the loft bedroom area were a little tough. The main thing this place has to offer is that it is in an easy walking distance of the Colosseum. As well as transportation and shops restaurants it was convenient and it worked out well for us. 🙏👍 if I ever needed to do any of the activities around the Colosseum again I would definitely stay here.

Ea un lugar sobrevalorado, con una ubicación excelente pero son más los detalles negativos. No te entregan la habitación que reservas No te dan la ubicación del anuncio (te dan una ubicación 2 cuadras atrás) La habitación muy muy muy sucia, deterioradas, con insectos, nada funciona bien, el baño se tapa, la cafetera con hongos y sedimento, la tetera oxidada. En realidad es un alojamiento muy mal aprovechado ya que cuenta con una excelente ubicación, pero al tener una tan mala limpieza, mantenimiento y engaños no vale la pena el alojamiento, No regresaría a ese hotel. Los que consideren alojarse por la ubicación piénselo y busquen mejores opciones.

We had a very bad experience. The noise from street are so loud and it quiet down til midnight, there is restaurant under our window. The curtain isn’t blackout at all, light from street get into room and Change room color when waking up. There isn’t elevator. There are like 10 steps to go over and the staff isn’t ready to help. The bed is next to fridge which makes sound at night. The air conditioner makes squeaky sound too. We feel the coolness after a few hours turning it on. The most annoying is that there is vibration sound at the door. I didn’t figure it out exactly what it was. It vibrates every minute or so . My kid was woken up bumpy the sound and thinking there may be someone at the door, scary. They provided phone number for time out side 10-6 pm . I tried both of them , no one pick up and they never explain to me what that sound was. The room is definitely on the much smaller side than I expected, no hair conditioner, bath was ok , the water sometime hot and and sometimes cold. Oh my, it was quite adventure living through the two nights there.

Adoramos o local, o ambiente estava limpo, e era bem localizado, mas vale a pena pontuar que os quartos que não tem vista para o Coliseu não ficam no mesmo lugar, ficam a uma quadra. Pra nós mesmo assim valeu super a pena, a região é cheia de restaurantes e super movimentada, era no primeiro andar e não ouvimos barulho nenhum da rua, super tranquilo.

Falso que están frente al coliseo. Esta a dos cuadras. Falsa publicidad. Y cuando les dices que te cambien resulta que solo tienen un cuarto enfrente y los demás son oficinas. Claramente lo usan de gancho para los que reserves. Antes de eso me mintieron diciendo que solamente las oficinas estaban frente al coliseo. Así que suerte si aleatoriamente te toca dormir en las oficinas

The location was great. Just steps away from the coliseum. Not too bad for walkable site seeing. Area is a little loud at night (great for night owls) but we were able to sleep through. We are a family of four and we would stay here again.

Apartment is your choice, not the room! Very close to Colosseum, just walking a few minutes. Supermarket on next street... lots place to eat. Manager is lovely girl and very hlepful! Main building no elevator, but they will help you left your luggages. Need send clear direction to custom, because sounds no body knows where is the street, we walked back and forth over 30mins, but accurately only 5-minute distance...

Great location literally steps from the Colosseum. Restaurants surrounding the property. Taxi stand right out the front door. Even though our room was right on a busy street, we heard zero outside noise. AC was nice and cold (just took a little time to cool down).
