「We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance.
We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome.」

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass.
I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect.
Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask.
Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...

「This property is located in the heart of Trastevere. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was sufficient. Just note that this is not a typical hotel but an apartment and so the front desk is only available at certain times of the day. Any assistance beyond that hours is promptly addressed via WhatsApp.」

「Sehr nette Inhaber. Herzliche Begrüssung und ausführliche Informationen über Rom und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Frühstück ist Selbstbedienung und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas vorhanden. Es kann jeder zeit zubereitet werden. Kaffee, Kuchen, Obst usw immer vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Busse, Strassenbahn in 2 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und emfehlen es jedem weiter! Mille grazie Ursula!」

「We were a bit skeptical booking a “guest house” but are happy we did so for this property. The owner was present when arrived and was very friendly. She lives on the same floor as the apartments she rents so is easily accessible if needed. It felt very secure.
The doors into the apartments are pretty close to each other but we didn’t hear any sounds from neighboring rooms.
This location is less than 5 minutes from the #8 tram so access to the train station is very easy.

「Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition.
I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner.
Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome.
Couldn't have been better.」

「I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is outstanding—perfectly situated and very convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.
The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, well-designed, and met all expectations.
