「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「This a great bas to visit Rome. Being in Trastevere area means you are very close to all the best restaurants. There is a free bus (number 8) that comes every 5 mins that takes you to central Rome which is also a bonus. The room has everything you need and the breakfast was also lovely. We will be returning and recommending to our friends and family」

「The staff are really helpful and friendly, and they are willing to take care of your needs. The room condition is wonderful, everything is clean and rather new. My room looks exactly the same as the photos. Although it is not located at the centre of Rome, it has good transportation connection so it is not a big problem for me. 「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
