“The staff were nice and kind. I love it a lot. I wish I had stay longer. Due to the epidemic, I had to catch my flight in Vienna so I left one night earlier than planned. My daughter and I felt so sorry that we didn't have the chance to enjoy this inviting place more. ”

“Property brags of a roof top deck area. This space has a beautiful view of the city of Rome but no where to sit and enjoy it. Outdoor furniture was dilapidated and without any form of shade or cushions for worn out furniture. . This space was unusable. Couch and chair furniture was worn out in Community dinning room/lounge. Property is in need of upgrading. Property is in nice area but to far from all attractions of Rome. We spent a small fortune on Taxis which are need to access anything……

“It’s very close the Roma S Pietro station and St Peter’s Square. Can easily take bus 62 and 64 to the city center. The room is clean and really appreciate the bottle waters and snacks provided daily!”

“At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4……

“Great communication, clean room, awesome location! Family loved to walk to St Peter’s Square and Basilica which was very close. Lots of wonderful restaurants on the same block and supermarket across the street for essentials and snacks was great! Would highly recommend and would stay there again next time in Rome.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was a good location and quiet. Within walking distance of shops, dining, Vatican City, bus stop, and train station. The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our little balcony to sit on. I would definitely stay here again.”
