Recently Renovated- Perfect for a Family Getaway!

Relax after a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, fishing and everything else the Fraser Valley has to offer in this family friendly 1 bed 1 bath end unit.

Located in the very popular MeadowRidge Condo complex this condo offers a wood burning fireplace, a patio with unobstructed views and plenty of room to spread out! Not to mention the amenities at the clubhouse: two hot tubs, heated pool, basketball, steam room, exercise equipment and more!

KITCHEN- fully stocked and ready to use for any size meal! Seating for 3 at the island and seating for 2 at the dinning room table.

BEDROOM- the bedroom is a bunk room that with a Queen bed and a trundle twin on the bottom and a top bunk that has two twins. The tv in the bedroom is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick. The bedroom will sleep 5!

MAIN ROOM- the 50in SmartTV has everything you need to be locked in for the big game or just veg out after a long day on the slopes. The TV is a Fire TV that offers all of your streaming services. You can also watch DISH network with all the channels, too many to count!

BATHROOM- Shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Separate wash and shower area divided by a locking door.

GENRAL- Free WiFi, walk out patio, Ski locker outside to store your gear, open space next to the unit.

Easy arrival, comfortable home, ground floor so theres no stairs to carry stuff up and down. Ample space for me. Single Traveler, there to ski for 2 days, this location was perfect. Plus... the water pressure is absolutely phenomenal.

Our only critique was a jungle gym of beds in the only bedroom. Creative bunk beds allowed for 4 beds. No access to one side of queen. Good for close families, but challenging for older adults like us. Kitchen was cute, nice art on walls. Very nice stay.

Property was accessible and clean. Good location. Easy to Winter Park, Granby, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Only negative was a need for yard lights. Overall great place, fair price.

Perfect Little Condo

Sure! Here's a polished and more engaging version of your review:---We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and well-appointed condo—perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the living area was a comfortable spot for us all to relax and enjoy a movie together.The unit had thoughtful touches like a variety of family games and a large dining table that made mealtimes and game nights easy and fun. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group. The bedroom technically sleeps five, though the trundle bed is best suited for younger kids (probably 8 and under), and the top bunks are a bit close to the ceiling. Our 12-year-old (about 5' tall) managed just fine, but our 15-year-old (about 6') preferred the couch for a little more space.We appreciated the extra fans and heaters, and the community amenities—though we didn’t use them—looked great, including a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. The unit itself was very quiet, with a small patio that we locked our mountain bikes to a post that stayed secure while we were there. Location-wise, it was super convenient—an easy drive to both Winter Park and Granby. Overall, a great little home base for a mountain getaway!

Nice property but the unit above has or allows dogs.

The unit itself is nice, clean, and comfortable! The only issue we had is the unit above either has dogs or allows dogs. We don't have a problem with dogs, we love them. But every time the owners left, the dogs would constantly bark. Sometimes they would leave early in the morning or not get back until late, so the barking was constantly waking us up.
