「- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!」

「The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. 「The room was lovely and spacious and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. A continental breakfast was delivered by 8am which was very filling. The hotel is perfect for ambling round the shops as it’s in the centre of Lytham St Annes. Parking is close by with plenty of on street parking and a couple of small car parks close by.」

「Superb check in experience. Beautiful room. Would highly recommend. Bar/restaurant area was too noisy unfortunately, staff not so welcoming and lack of tables due to an external event reserving a large section, so we avoided and ate out.」

「We had a wonderful stay staff very helpful, breakfast was delicious, we had evening meal there as well had a couple off drinks at the bar ( not cheap) but overall we had a brilliant stay」
