The property is located in a beautiful setting and is in a quiet development. The owner was very easy to work with regarding reservations. The house offers ample space but lacks several necessary amenities. To start the exterior needs to be washed because of the excessive spiderwebs surrounding the front entrance. The bedrooms do not have any shades for privacy which makes it difficult for changing in private, especially at night. The bathrooms were not supplied sufficiently with towels. One bath towel was available for each guest for the entire stay. They smelled soured therefore we washed them prior to use. There were no hand towels or face cloths available for use which was very frustrating. The Living-room area was spacious and comfortable for all of us to socialize but the kitchen lacked certain aspects. We suggest the owner purchases glassware to accommodate more than 4 water & wine glasses. A hodgepodge of child & miscellaneous bar glasses were for guest use. In the house description there is a coffee maker so we brought coffee & filters when in reality it was a keurig machine, which was not visible in any photos. The house did not have any paper towels for cleaning or use so we had to supply them. The garbage cans and the toilet seats needed to be cleaned & sanitized. As a group we enjoyed our stay but would not repeat due to the fact that it appeared the house was vacated just prior to our arrival & one bed did not have a frame and the mattress was on the floor.
