“We loved this rental. It was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was good, and it was like brand new. A really spacious two floor space with bedrooms separated by floor and bunk beds in an open “loft like” space on the 2nd floor. The mountain during the summer was less busy and wonderfully quiet. Can’t say enough positive things about the good price and value. ”

“My very young family and I had a wonderful stay! The focus of our trip was storyland and the location is just a few minutes away which made our day so smooth. I was initially concerned with stairs with my baby, but there are several doors to block the staircase from both levels, huge plus. Very clean property and very responsive owner when we needed some directions. We would absolutely stay again, thank you so much! ”

“This property was the perfect spot for a winter vacation for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed the big open space in the back and had a great time sledding down the hill. We enjoyed visiting nearby attractions such as the Mt.Washington cog and Diana’s baths. “My family and I (wife, 2 year old & 6 year old) stayed here for two nights on a weekend trip to North Conway and Storyland. Everything was as expected, clean, homey, quiet and beautiful views. Everyone loved the outdoor pool (which was only about 4 minute walk from the condo. The views of the mountains in the mornings and evenings were excellent. They even had an electronic version of the board game Clue which I had never played before. Very nice twist to a classic. We didn't have many……

“The property is part of a small development in the woods. It has a homey atmosphere inside; the kitchen is well-stocked. Everything was clean. Clearly the main intent of the home is for skiers; However North Conway (and the White Mountains) are beautiful year round with a lot to do in the summer. My one complaint is that it was a bit hot on the second floor, and there are no air conditioners. "The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
