The space
Our home is newly remodeled from the studs with a modern farmhouse vibe. The epic master suite is perfect for a much-needed getaway with direct access to the deck. The first floor is an open-concept floor plan with sight lines from the kitchen to the spectacular view. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, cups, a coffee, and a bar knock with a mini fridge to keep extra beverages. There is a gas grill on the deck for your enjoyment. Mud room with extra pantry space and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The basement is finished with a pull-out couch and extra space to spread out.
Guest access
The farmhouse and all 89 acres. Please note the large (red/brown) barn will be locked. The lower barn is accessible by walking but the farm gate will not be unlocked for guests. The lower barn has a patio with beautiful views to enjoy Please note the barn/garage across the street is private property.
Other things to note
We are a working farm. We have minimal operations happening while we revitalize our land, but there may be an occasional worker (family member) mowing the grass, moving/parking equipment in the lower barn fields, accessing equipment in the barn, etc. No one will ever be in the renter's space! If you have questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask.
