"housekeeping shut off our heat/ac each time they entered to put clean towels in. they did not do a good job at cleaning ice/snow off of sidewalks/entry way. beds where lumpy. but it was clean and front desk staff was friendly. "

"Didn't really get to spend much time in my room. But overall it was nice. I really like the garage parking. However, I think that the cost should be included in your room. Nevertheless. Nice staff, overall pretty clean."

"This is a very Elegant and Very Clean Hotel. the Staff were very Friendly, knowledgeable and Personable. the Housekeeping was very Prompt and respectful."

"Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Looks like hotel has been recently updated. We checked in at 1:30 am after a long delayed flight. Check in staff failed to tell us that you needed to lift up on door handle to open it rather than down like most doors. We were on the 4th floor at the very end and had to go all the way back down to the desk. Her only comment was you need to lift up on the handle so you are good to go. In am on check out, staff seems put off that we asked for a receipt since we booked with Expedia. Told us they had to pay Expedia a fee and that we should’ve booked thru the hotel instead. "

"Pool was closed and we weren’t informed. Grand daughter was disappointed and the rest of the family was too. We weren’t given any refund except $50 when we inquired and we booked 3 rooms. Not quite what Embassy use to be. So many kids staying the weekend were so disappointed "
