“Your lakefront home proved to be as comfortable as advertised: clean, light, spacious and convenient to town. Six of us gathered for a reunion and never felt crowded. We especially appreciated our host’s quick response to our request for help with TV hookup. We had a fabulous time and plan to return in the future!”

“Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. Unable to check in at 5pm due to an event we arrived at 1030p, she had given the wrong code for the lockbox. Did respond back with correct code. Entry via……

“We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend at ZEN. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip.”

“Process was easy. Location was quiet. The “river access” was across the street and fine for launching a boat, but unsuitable for much else. ”

“Beautiful cabin and lovely stay for Memorial Day weekend with my partner. Exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very professionally managed. The hot tub is wonderful! Abbey is great. She gets back to you almost immediately. Just a little heads up for families or those staying for longer than a weekend would be to bear in mind that there’s not a lot of storage room for your items- only a couple of racks to hang some clothes. Was not really an issue for us because we only stayed……
