“We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your typical continental selection—nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. I especially enjoyed having access to the pool. One thing to note is that the carpeted area around the pool tends to stay wet, which is understandable but something to be aware of. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working during our stay. It snowed while we were there, and the parking lot was cleared……

We could not use the pool with slides due to how many people were there including many small kids. The one hot tub only seats five adults. There was a line of people waiting for the hot tub. If you want a stressful, over crowded and cheap breakfast, this is for you! Barely anywhere to sit. And again, children running through the dining area. I……

“Didn’t get the pack and play for my son when called multiple times. Only got offered last minute when he was already sleep. Went to their little restaurant to eat before bed, never got the food my son got antsy and we had to leave the restaurant. Never got offered a refund or food delivered, nothing. Then the next day my son got ill and had to leave early, Expedia attempted to reach out to get a refund for the last day and were denied. The woman at the desk said I’d get a credit? Didn’t even……
