Location the best, towards the end of surfside beach, not as crowded

Great location right off of the water with direct access to the beach. Plumbing isnt great but everything else was fine. Would rent again.

The layout of the house is nice for large fanilies to spend a great beach trip together yet still have personal space. House is conveniently close to Surfside stores and restaurants. I know when the owner completes his vision of the downstairs entertainment area the house will be one of the brst rentals in the area
