This newly renovated one bedroom is located in the safe, quiet area of South Bahamia, just 4 minutes away from the beach, 15 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from the mall. Guests have their very own private entrance from a two door garage that also has crossfit equipment to help burn off those extra vacay calories. This cozy little number is modern yet comfortable and is perfect for couples or for a solo getaway. Come and stay with us!
The space
This newly renovated one bedroom features an open floor plan with a beautiful granite top kitchen that leads to the living room with a 50' smart tv and a beautifully rustic handmade wooden table. Free Wi-fi is also available for all your Netflix binging or business needs. The perfectly lit bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer with laundry basket and can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. The bedroom holds a comfy pillow top queen bed, his and hers closet with shelves and hangers and an a/c split unit that you can adjust to your liking.
Guest access
It's 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach and a 15 - 20 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. A rental car is also available for an additional fee of $50 a day or $250 for the week. Parking is available right in the driveway in front of the two car garage.c
