Perfect Getaway

This house is perfect. We had 16 people and it was the perfect size for all of us. The mosquitos are relentless so be sure to pack bug spray.Would most definitely stay here again!

Over all place was pet friendly but house was not cleaned very well. Kitchen bar was sticky and there was sandy and hair on table by bathroom. House keeping came back while we went to dinner gave permission to come while we were out . Wednesday evening. Pool on Thursday was green pool person came Was not able to swim til Friday. Saturday was a party all day long continuing until 3am sunday called sheriff office twice . First time turned music down then turned up more finally at 3 am called again and people left after sheriff came out told us if house was 1000 feet to right could have shut them down . This was not what we hoped for and wont be back. House said surfside but was brazoria beach . The downstairs couch had something red on cushions looked like vomit and rug had stains of something, over all house just needs good cleaning. Beach view was pretty and there was plenty of room for us .

The worst Experience i've had, Ac No working , TV is Broken , washer barely work , Fan doesn't Slow down , i was so Angry with the way the host handled it , Bad experience ever ever ...i asked for refund but noone answered ... My family and my kids was frustrated the entire time

Amazing place!!

It was such an amazing place! The seclusion and private access to the beach was so nice! The house was big and had plenty of room for everyone. The property manager was very responsive and friendly! We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!!
