Beautiful new home steps from the beach, with substantial capacity in two downstairs and two upstairs bedrooms. Inside and outside gathering spaces are top notch. We plan to book again next year!

We stayed here for five days. The place looks very nice and is a close walk to the beach, but the amount of roaches this place has takes away from the comfort when you were there. We also saw rat climbing up the deck stairs. There were so many mosquitoes inside the home. The dishwasher did not work very good. The dishes weren’t very clean when we took them out plus every time we used it they were baby roaches on the dishes.. there were roaches climbing through the kitchen cabinets in behind the couch. I really hope we didn’t bring any of them home with us because they were also in the bedrooms inside the closets and just in random places like the speaker and restrooms.. I asked to communicate with somebody about this and nobody has called me or message me back. They just keep saying that someone will get back to me and they have contacted their team. We have stayed there over a week ago and still have not had any contact from anyone to discuss this issue? There were so many roaches there little medium-size and big cockroaches that I know this didn’t happen overnight. It’s very disappointing that they let us stay there knowing they had a roach infestation issue if they took care of this this will be a beautiful home, but this place needs to be cleaned up. .

We have stayed in many homes in treasure Island. This house is top notch! The interior finishes and furniture are above average and well kept. The house is newer and layout is great. The views of the ocean and surrounding area are very good as well.
