「This property is a complete bogus listing. It is not charming. All the surfaces in the house are sticky---floors, counters, bannister, etc. There were bugs. Broken light switch. Paper curtain on doorway. No mattress pads. Torn screen. Uneven floors. Rusted range hood. The neighborhood is bad. Next door home piled with garbage in the yard and driveway blowing through the neighborhood. Seeking a full refund. Beware!」

「Instead of staying at a hotel for a wedding in Garden City, we stayed at Deirdre's place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm happy we got to walk the entire 2.3 mile boardwalk on Friday (4.6 miles in total), ride the entire boardwalk on Saturday morning with bikes provided before the wedding then spend a few hours at the beach on Sunday. 「We stayed at Jess' place as a hub for visiting family on Long Island and for going into Manhattan for day-trips. The place was nice, clean and easy to access, and we slept wonderfully on the comfy mattresses. We would definitely recommend Jess' place for a stay.」

「We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. 「We very much enjoyed our stay at this Bay Shore, NY accommodation. It's nicer than the photo, which really doesn't do it justice. It's spacious, very clean, thoughtfully and carefully planned and provisioned. Augusto is an excellent host. Communications with him were always clear, timely and pleasant. 「The location of this property is excellent. Right on a cove so you could put in and out kayaks, etc. if you wanted to bring them.
