“The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay. Subway access is nearby, and while there is an overhead train you can hear at first, we quickly got used……

When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch.
