Hyatt Grand Central New York
"Customer service was poor. Staff seemed bothered to help guest. Market staff was rude. If you want to hold bags after check out there is a $4 fee cash, the staff demands cash even after telling them you don’t have any. Bathroom was dirty; hair in the bathtub, dusty surfaces and toilet was dirty."

Empire Hotel
"This property does not merit 4 stars. Its best quality is its location. The rooms are very dated, bathrooms are also very shabby and poorly ventilated. The A/C either didn’t run or ran at the decibel level of a car engine. The windows are not soundproof and the car honking is incessant."
