“This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. Vacasa was not responsive and not knowledgeable and gave me the wrong instructions. They did not even notify owners of a partial……

“We had a family of 5 stay here. Perfect size house for that many people. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen needed a little more utensils and cookware but other than that it was great. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in shower was awesome. Didn’t realize there was a whole upstairs game area but we didn’t use it. It would be good if you had little kids for them to have somewhere to hang. It was also nice to have extra paper towels and tp provided so we didn’t have to buy that. Thank you……

“100% this was a fantastic stay!! This house had everything we needed, and the photos don’t do it justice. Our group was already discussing coming back next year for a reunion. Tara was super responsive from the moment I booked the stay, and made the check-in process as smooth as possible. If you’re planning on coming to Newport, you have to stay at this house!!”
