Welcome to this beautiful modern 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home! Located in a safe family-oriented neighborhood with extra privacy on the end unit. Close to freeways and major cities. Great for commuting around the Bay Area. All three floors have individual temperature settings. Two car garage, free Wifi (600mbps plan), spacious work space, and washer/dryer available. Relax in this luxury home full of amenities.
This home is great for professionals, families, and groups of all backgrounds!
Please read everything in full BEFORE booking:
• You have the entire unit to yourselves
• Free Wi-Fi
• 55" Living room TV with Free Netflix and Cable
• 55” TV in Master Bedroom
• Bathrooms include body wash, shampoo, hand soap, towels, and hair dryer
• Kitchen includes cookware and utensils
• In-washer and dryer available + Iron and iron board
• Located in a quiet family neighborhood
• Free two car garage parking
• Large living space, two work desk space, and spacious bedrooms
• Master bedroom has a 2nd floor balcony

**Parking:
TWO vehicle maximum for the reservation. Two vehicles must fit in the standard size two car garage. If you have more than two vehicles or the vehicle does not fit in the garage, street parking in the community is limited to 48 hours per week. Permits must be signed up via website (given in check-in message). Please do not block neighbor's driveway.
First floor contains kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and living room. Second floor contains Master bedroom + en suite bathroom + private balcony, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry room. Third floor contains work space, private bedroom, and full bathroom. All floors have their own personal temperature settings!
No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed. Please be aware there are outdoor cameras.

Excellent accomodation!
The property was as advertised. It was very nice, spacious, and was more than we could have asked for. The property manager was very helpful and accomodating to all our requests. The only downside was the parking situation. We were a large group that required multiple parking spaces but the community did not allow long-term parking. This was only an inconvenience due to the size of our group and anyone only needing two spots won't have an issue. That said, I would definitely recommend this location for anyone staying in the San Jose area and will look to stay there again the next time we visit.

Amazing and Pleasant Stay!
I never thought that I’d feel like home at this place and for sure this home has a place in my heart. We stayed for a week and we had everything available (towels, body wash, shampoo, utensils, TV and amazing beds to sleep). The rooms were spacious and we loved the decor and the location of the house. We went during the month of April and there were lotta flowers blooming and an amazing view. It was hard for all of us to say goodbye. The host responded to our messages quickly and their hospitality is awesome. Will definitely recommend this home to everyone. A good spacious 4 bed 3 1/2 bath home for a family. They even provided us with water bottles and coffee pods for the keurig in the house. We loved the place and we highly recommend staying in this place if you ever looking for something in this area.

You won’t regret staying here!
This place was beautiful and clean. Very quiet and nice neighborhood to be in. Richard is always there for you right away if you need anything. I definitely recommend. Home away from home.
