And staff in the reception are snob and unable to help or try to help.
The fees were never disclosed and I didn’t get any receipt.
The location is great and the lady in charge of the restaurant is so nice the receptionist should learn from her.

- if you are going to spend money on a nice dinner try the half board… the 2 restaurants onsite were amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was hardy and plentiful
- Stored my luggage for free for 11 days and had it in my room when I returned
- Coffee machine in the lobby 24/7… lattes, hot choc and more
- even an umbrella on the rainy afternoon

"This is one of the finest hotels I personally have stayed in. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, good access to city center, possibly their rooftop bar is the best view in town. Absolutely no problems and would stay here again. "

The location is perfect – a bus stop right next to the hotel (10 minutes to Chamonix center) and the Multipass makes all cable cars and trains free and unlimited. There are plenty of attractions – a children’s corner, games, billiards, table football, ping-pong, and a playground with breathtaking mountain views. Comfortable rooms and great facilities make this place perfect for relaxing after exploring the beautiful hiking trails."
