「Clean room, helpful staff and great location!」

「This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition」

「Friendly staff. Nice environment with rooftop views bar which serves tasty pizzas. Spacious room. Complementary reception is an extra bonus! Definitely recommend it!」

「You could use a better restaurant. Coffee bitter, burrito not good and $10?」

「It's new, clean, it's convinient, the service is nice and good, I love my room on 12th floor can see the montain view and sunset!」

「The room was very clean. Last time I visited I felt it was newly built or recently upgraded. That was 4 yrs ago. I noticed only mild changes like scuffing on doors. Again I felt bedding and comfort of beds excellent. I noticed some basic wear but it will not keep me from returning. I loved the local asheville tea company tea offerings but the coffee was still excellent and the morning coffee table still very appealing. All staff are helpful, kind and professional. Cant wait to return」

「Charming little cottage on quiet street. Very convenient to the Biltmore Estate. More breakfast choices would have been nice.」

「Got pretty much everything you may need (except cooing oil).」

「The room smelt like chemicals, possibly to cover any pet smells. Very strong and difficult to sleep with. Our credit card was incorrectly charged twice on arrival. When confronting staff they told us not to worry. Our credit card after our stay was charged another 3 times incorrectly. One pending charge went thorugh and it took 2 emails to get a refund and a number of weeks.」

「Nice, dog friendly hotel in downtown Asheville. Professional staff, great location and convenient parking. The room was a bit cold but spacious and clean. Beds were okay, pillows too thick and lumpy. The only real negative was street noise: music from across the street, police sirens etc. We were on the 8th floor and the noise was really disturbing. We stayed in other hotels downtown Asheville and the noise has never been such an issue.」

「Loved it! Very fun and location was perfect!」

「Beautiful property, everything met my expectations and higher.」

「Overall fine hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. Poor lighting in the room however. And floor of the room near headboards was not very clean.」
