"Very clean and quiet "

"the beds are high. Being slightly disabled at this point in my life the bed, while comfortable was difficult to get into. The Water temps in the bathroom were irregular and not quite hot enough to shower, which SUCKED!"

"We have stayed at this property several times as it is a perfect fit for my immediate family. My wife grew up in Orleans and is 1 of 7. My wife and I rent this home when a local family gathering is in order. The management company has been wonderful to deal with and are very responsive to our inquiries. It is quite clear the owners have pride in their happy place and go above and beyond in many ways to ensure your stay is enjoyable. All the kitchen draws and cabinets are labeled as to what each includes to minimize your search. We as "grillers" and take advantage of the higher end weber grille on the beautiful outside deck. The master is on the 1st with it's own swanky bath with 2 bed rooms upstairs along with 2 full baths up. There is also a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor too. We find this home to be relaxing, clean with many modern conveniences that we expect to have as "foodies"."

"All was great. 5 adults, everyone said beds were comfy. House was high-end hotel clean. We're all foodies and appreciated the gas bbq and well appointed kitchen with plenty of plates cups even a pot big enough to make Sunday sauce, and the cleaning supplies needed to clean up after ourselves. There was hand soap, towels and TP in both bathrooms, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Theres a supermarket and liquor store with a nice wine selection right down the street. Host was very responsive. The livingroom had the most comfortable loveseats Ive ever sat in, but there are only 2 two-seaters and an ottoman. I think there were TVs in every bedroom. It was a great time and Id stay again in a second.. only caveat, the front steps are not very ADA friendly - the treds are very narrow, and there's no way around them. Id be cautious if you're bringing someone with limited mobility or balance issues. "
