「Beautiful place to stay, newly renovated, enjoyed being in Orleans. My young adult daughter enjoyed it, too. We made popovers in the kitchen to bring to a relative's house - kitchen even had muffin pans, so we were good to go.」

「No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time.」

「We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed.」

「We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!」

「The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. Clear instructions prior to arrival. So peaceful to sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing, read a book, just hang out and relax. Main Street is a couple blocks away from the cottage really cute town. Thank you Tom and Kerrie will definitely stay again next time we visit Cape Cod!! :)」

「Nice hotel with lots of fun amenities. We enjoyed the pool and sitting by the fire. We loved having actual beach towels provided to use at the pool. Our room was clean. You can tell it is an older hotel, but it is well kept. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again. 」

「This is kind of an older property and it is in probably the busiest area of the Cape. I probably wouldn't choose to be right on 28 again, but it is centrally located and that is a plus for some people. I found the staff to be helpful. We were allowed to check out a half hour late, and I also realized I had left a personal item and came back for it two days later. I went in and asked at the desk, and he went to the back and found it. So housekeeping had turned it in and they had kept it for me....
