"Property was clean and had all the amenities needed. The yard is large and fenced in. It’s located near several restaurants and the beach. There is a tenant that lives in the basement part of the house. We never met them - only heard them come in and out. Although no one asked us to be quiet, I did feel a little on edge when my kids were playing or watching a movie. I kept asking them to be quiet. It would have been helpful to know that the property has someone that lives there. I likely wouldn’t have booked since we have 5 kids. "

"Great stay! Served as our base of operations for our tours of Orleans, Chatham, and P-Town. Did get a chance to fly fish using the canoe and picked up 6-7 yellow perch, but zero recently stocked rainbow trout. Probably operator error on that one. Place was clean and well stocked with great views of the lake. Thanks!!"

"Stayed for 3 nights in early October. The man in the office was polite and helpful with dining places and other things you wanted to know about. You could tell the motel was renovated not that many years ago. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. If you enjoy wine they had a corkscrew and real wine glasses on a tray with the ice bucket, I liked that. The continental breakfast had everything you need for a good start to your day, even fresh sourdough bread to toast. That was a first at a motel and definitely a treat. We would stay there again in the future. "
