Upon entering, you`ll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, tastefully furnished for relaxation and enjoyment. Sink into our comfy sofas in the living room, where you can unwind with a movie night on our 65` Roku TV or gather for lively conversations with loved ones.

*Please note that for Roku TV, we only provide our Roku account but you will need to use your own account if you wish to use other apps or purchase channels*

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. We have a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven.

We provide basic cooking utensils, silverware, pots and pans.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where you can savor home-cooked feasts together or plan the day`s adventures over a leisurely breakfast.

BEDROOMS:
With four comfortably appointed bedrooms, everyone in your group will find their perfect sanctuary. Each room features cozy beds outfitted with soft linens, ensuring a restful night`s sleep.

Two bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

Our home offers easy access to Fresno`s top attractions, dining, and entertainment options. Explore the vibrant downtown area, visit local parks and museums, or embark on outdoor adventures.

Please note that we have smaller unit attached to this house and is rented separately. The secondary unit has it`s own private entrance.
PET POLICY/DOGS: It’s our pleasure to invite your pet(s) to stay. We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case by case basis. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will maintain close inspection after checking-out of furniture and carpets and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage where needed. Avoid these costs by taking care to manage and clean-up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check in fee is $75. Accommodation depends on whether there is another guest checking out the same day as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

LATE CHECKOUT: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate if we can. Minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), when available.

NOISE / DISTURBANCE: This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and there is a strict no party policy. We enforce a fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please no amplified music outdoors in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted with honor to ‘quiet hours’ between 10p and 8a.

CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event excessive cleaning, repair or replacement is required for amenities and/or furnishings and appliances fees will be applied.

REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in/around the property, guests will be immediately notified. Our handyman/service company will need access inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that require an urgent action to make sure the guest`s needs are addressed and resolved immediately.

INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and any additional products must be purchased by the guest.

SMOKING: No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.

MAIL: Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We recommend getting a PO Box or Amazon Locker.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews or negative reviews will require an additional deposit of $750 which will be refunded at the end of your stay given that there are no issues or any damages.
