「It was nice, clean and quiet」

「They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. 」

「The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
