There is plenty of room for 6 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen has everything you need for quick snack or special occasion dinners and the adjacent dining area is warm and inviting. All new appliances in the kitchen as well as new washer and dryer.
The primary ensuite has a king bed along with a full bath that was just updated in 2024. The queen and twin guest rooms share a full bath (updated late 2024).

Enjoy the quiet side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including amazing wildlife, kayaking and more. A 6-seater golf cart is included so everyone can ride together. Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere. Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, island parks, shops, the Marina deli or Springtide market. The community center activities also do not require a card.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
