"From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. We’d booked afternoon tea in Alfred’s restaurant which I would recommend. We then used the spa facilities. There’s an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice bucket and relaxation room. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we had booked for The Ivy. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and I would definitely stay again."

"Not enough staff. The breakfast was cold and not enough. No one cleaned the tables or were too slow. Not accommodating when arrived early to check in."

"Hotel is located near to the town centre. The main thing is that the parking is free, unlike so many Bournemouth hotels. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean, functional and have all the facilities you need."

"Needs a little tlc in some areas... receptionist was more interested in chit chatting rather than helping me out with a problem in my room and I was expected to wait 2 hours for a remedy!!! If it wasn't for Cameron in the restaurant this place would be worse the management need to take a closer look at what he does and the hours he works and offer him management training"
